"The Greatest of These is Love"
Introduction
"In our life there is a single color, as on an artist's palette,
which provides meaning of life and art. It is the color of love."
-Marc Chagall
Six significant works of art have been stolen from museums and exhibition
sites from around the world. The absence of these works from public display has caused a breakdown of social order. Relationships have broken down, people have forgotten how to love one another and wars are breaking out on every continent.
Task
"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of
wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the
greatest of these is love."
- 1 Corinthians 13: 4-8; 13
