In honor of Red Ribbon Week, Waccamaw School invited Brunswick County Sheriff John Ingram to speak to the student body about the dangers of drugs.

On November 20th. students at Waccamaw School participated in a fund raising activity called The Turkey Trot. Students were asked to get pledges for walking to raise money for new physical education equipment. The homeroom that raised the most money would receive a popcorn party. In addition, the top three students that raised the most money would be awarded individual prizes. |
