My name is Jean Jinwright and this is my 4th year teaching at Cedar Grove Middle School. Cedar Grove has  a wonderful community of students, teachers, staff, administrators who are working together as a family to make sure all students are successful in their school work. This is a wonderful school to be a part of.

8th grade- The 8th grade students are creating a powerpoint on a country if their choice. They must research the country's economic system, natural resources, climate, etc. Students will present the project to their peers.  

6th and 7th grade- Computer Skills & APPS - students will create a Prezi  presentation using a guide and a rubric on a country of their choice using united streaming educational web site.  The students will research on the country's culture, history, arts, people, climate, and location. Digital literacy will be explored and researched.

ALL CLASSES WILL CONTINUE TO USE TODAYSMEET.COM FOR SOCIAL ACADEMIC NETWORKING AND WILL ALSO USE UNITEDSTREAMING LINKS TO LEARN ABOUT PEOPLE, PLACES, AND CULTURAL EVENTS, in addition, students are enjoying teachersdoman.org to learn about various careers, technology, and the future of work in the 21st century.
