Parents will be allowed to walk their child to his/her class before school the first 5 days of school only (August 26-August 30st). Beginning Tuesday, September 3rd, all students should walk to class on their own. Belville will have staff members stationed inside and outside the school to provide safety and guidance for all students entering the building each morning.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Kindergarten Parent Night
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Open House
On behalf of all faculty and staff members, I would like to welcome everyone to Belville Elementary School. Our school has an outstanding reputation, and I am proud to be part of such a wonderful program. Belville is filled with enthusiastic students willing to learn, supportive families interested in their children's education, and a dedicated professional staff committed to providing the students with a quality education. The school's PTO and Parent Advisory Council (PAC) continue to be an important part of positive change that occurs in every grade level. We encourage you to get involved in these two important parent organizations.
Communication between the school and its stakeholders is very important. School employees will use face to face meetings, phone calls, emails, texts and Blackboard all call messages to let you know what is happening at school with your child and our student. The Sunday afternoon 5pm call/text/email "Five Things to Know" is a great way to hear what is happening at the school each week. Make sure all of your contact information is updated and correct in Power School.
I encourage you to read with your child every night and have conversations about what they have been learning. Your interest and enthusiasm about school is step number one in the process of having a productive and exciting school year. If you have not yet signed up for Parent Portal, please stop by the school to get login information. Parent Portal provides you 24/7 access to your child’s educational progress and allows you to manage your demographic information to help us stay in touch. I am looking forward to the 2019-20 school year and seeing students grow academically and socially each day.
