#ExploretheCOAST

Announcements

  • COAST students who ride buses to the COAST in the mornings and home in the afternoons will be transloading this year. This is to alleviate early morning pickups and long routes that COAST students have experienced in previous years.

In general, here is how it works:

    • In the mornings, students will be picked up from the bus stop with other students going to the high school in their region. The bus will take all students to their regional high school. (Check Edulog Parent Portal for stop times and locations).
    • Once at the high school, they will transfer to a BCS shuttle that would take them straight to the COAST.
    • Students will arrive at the COAST in time for breakfast and 1st Period.
    • This process is reversed in the afternoons.

🌊🌊COAST Shuttle Bus Numbers (subject to change):🌊🌊

    • West- COAST bus #41
    • South-COAST bus #320
    • North-COAST A.M. Bus #392
      • COAST A.M. Bus #376
      • COAST P.M. Bus #392
      • COAST P.M. Bus #360

School staff will be available to assist students in the mornings and afternoons during this process.

  • Nurturing, Educating, and Inspiring Career and College Ready Graduates

Principal PhotoGreetings Parents, Guardians, and Community,

I am indeed honored and privileged to be the principal of this incredible school. The faculty and staff at the COAST are dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that allows education and inspiration. Our students are committed to learning and developing a school they can be proud of. The mission of the COAST is sure: Nurture, Educate, and Inspire Career and College Ready Graduates. Our vision is clear: Be a school of choice that excels in preparing every student for success in their personal and professional lives so that they may be productive American citizens.

As stakeholders, your partnership is necessary for the school to achieve its mission and vision. I ask that you join us in providing our students with opportunities to grow, learn, and develop. This can be through volunteering as a lunch buddy, serving as a substitute teacher, adopting the school, providing field trips to your business, serving as a guest speaker to share your professional insight, and even donating gifts to students and staff.

Great things are happening at the COAST and we are glad you are choosing to #ExploretheCOAST!
