Here We Grow, Brunswick County Schools.

In November of 2018, Brunswick County Schools held three public meetings to share ideas, concerns and feedback for the future of our school system.   Parents, students, local leaders and various community members took part in the strategic planning initiatives. The information gathered was presented to a Strategic Plan Task Force to create the roadmap for decision-making and serve as guidance to schools as they develop improvement plans.

Below is the 5 Year Strategic Plan, the fruition of an entire community coming together to take our school system to the next level.   It is divided into Goals.  Each goal has an objective and the strategies that will be in place each school year to accomplish the goal.
A monitoring element will be in place with each department to evaluate and report on the progress during each school year to ensure we are on place to accomplish each goal and are accountable for reaching it.

Each year we will grow and each following year will capitalize on the previous accomplishments.  The end result will be a school system leading the way in education and giving our students the tools they need to succeed in an ever evolving life.
