Hi!  My name is Wendy Jones!

I have been teaching PE since 1991.  I am a graduate of UNC-Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education.  I am so blessed to have the opportunity to teach your child the value of physical activity!  Your child's health is a top priority in my class. 

I cannot wait to see my students progress throughout the year as they develop and build self-esteem, teamwork and a healthy, active lifestyle.  My goal and passion is for my students to increase their personal fitness to a high level of enjoyment and make it a life-long commitment .  

Southport Elementary is such a wonderful school and it is a joy to teach your child.  I am so happy you are here!!!!!!
