She leads initiatives like Be Cyber Safe, collaborates on professional development, and ensures seamless integration of digital learning across the district. Her colleagues commend her dedication, with one stating, “She leads initiatives such as Be Cyber Safe, advocating for student safety and responsible technology use.” Ms. Neville’s passion for education is evident in her work, from presenting at statewide conferences to

McKinley Stanberry, North Brunswick High
In his first year, Mr. Stanberry has demonstrated remarkable dedication, turning challenges
into opportunities to make a meaningful difference. Drawing from his experience with at-risk youth, he fosters student success by building trust, connection, and emotional stability in the classroom. With administrative support, he piloted the “Grey Zone,” a behavioral model emphasizing emotional regulation and accountability, which has reduced referrals and repeat offenses. As he stated, “For many of my students, school isn’t just about academics—it’s about trust, connection, and healing... My job is to help them get to a place where they can stay in class, and then help them grow from there.” We are incredibly proud of Mr. Stanberry for creating a family-like environment where students feel supported and
valued.
