Chromebook Support: Families and Students
All students within Brunswick County Schools have access to a student-assigned Chromebook. Ask your school if students will be taking their one-to-one assigned devices home or keeping them on campus. The resources below will address general practices, responsible use, and tips and tricks for your student's Chromebook.
Please reach out to your student's teacher or school media specialists for specific information.
If you have trouble accessing these resources, please make sure you are logged in with your BCS credentials.
During instances of remote learning, this at-home learner guide (also available in Spanish) can support families in navigating digital learning basics. We also have directions for at-home hotspot use if a hotspot was reserved from the district. Contact Technology Services Help Desk for more hotspot support at (910) 782-5095.
