Parent Advisory Council
The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a team of parents/guardians of South Brunswick Middle School students who advocate and support the principal, staff, and fellow parents/guardians. We are all in this together!!! PAC meets once a month during the school year to discuss questions, cares and concerns, as well as to discuss what is working and what is a success at SBMS.
PAC members are approved by the Brunswick County Board of Education. It is suggested that each of the 19 Brunswick County Schools have at least 5 members on their PAC team but no more than 7 members. Five times a year there are county PAC meetings that are hosted at various schools throughout Brunswick County. This is where PAC members discuss what is going on in each of their schools with the superintendent, some board of education members, and other cabinet members. All parents/guardians are welcome to attend! Only PAC members can vote on issues though.
