My name is Judy Rodriguez. I am originally from Southern California. My parents were born in Mexico and came to California at a young age. I grew up speaking English and Spanish. My husband and I moved to North Carolina in 2005 and we have been married now for twenty-one years. We have one son who is in elementary school. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of La Verne, and a NC teaching license in Birth-Kindergarten with a K-6th Elementary Education Add-On and a K-12 Spanish Add-On.
This year I am teaching Spanish 1 in the Fall and Spanish 2 in the Spring. My planning period is first period. Please feel free to call me if you would like to speak to me during that time. You can also email me at email@example.com. I check my email regularly. If you have any questions or concerns, I would love to hear from you! I want your child to have a positive experience in learning Spanish this year.
This is my 6th year of teaching Spanish. My Spanish teaching has been in K-5, middle school Spanish, and high school Spanish. I have also taught preschool and Kindergarten.
I also am one of the Junior Seminar teachers. Students have a Google Classroom page to be viewing their assignments and announcements. This is a one day a week class, and students do have assignments to turn in, including Community Service hours.
I look forward to being your child's teacher this year! I also look forward to being the Advisor of Photography Club and International Studies Club.
Thank You! iGracias!
