You will first need to generate your activation code! 

Generate a Parent Portal Activation Code

• Enter Your District and Student Information
  • From the dropdown menu, select Brunswick County Schools. Enter in the required student information and click Find Your Student.
• Verify Your Identity
  • Use the one-time passcode sent to you. You may opt for it to be sent via email or text. This means your correct email and/or phone number must be listed in Infinite Campus. 
• Get Your Code
  • Once verified, your Parent Portal Code will be displayed.
• Your Next Steps
  • You are ready to set up your portal account!

Activate your Portal Account

• Navigate to the Brunswick County Schools Campus Parent Portal (or download the app via the Google Play or Apple App Store)
• Click on the New User? button (located at the bottom of the log in area)
• Enter the Parent Portal Code that was provided
• Create your username and password
• Record your username and password for future use

The Campus Student and Campus Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of the option to Stay Logged In and receive push notifications.
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

1. Search for your District Name and State, entering at least 3 characters of your district's name to search. Select your district from the list.
2. Enter your Username and Password
3. If using a secure, private device, mark Stay Logged In to receive mobile push notifications, if enabled by your school.
4. Click Log In!

From Campus Parent, parents and guardians can review and update contact and demographic information. To ensure you are receiving school and district communications, it is important to have accurate and current contact information!

• To change your phone number, email address, and/or contact preferences, navigate to the profile icon in the upper right corner. From the profile menu, select Settings, then Contact Preferences. Your phone number(s) and email address(es) are displayed at the top of the screen. Scroll down to review or change your contact preferences. If you have provided a phone number and email address, you will see a tab for each communication type. Click Save when you are done. Updates to this screen are immediately changed in our student information system.
• To review or make changes to your household information, click More, then Address Information from the left side menu (if you do not see this menu, click the three horizontal lines button in the green banner). Additional directions are provided at the top of the screen.
• To review or update non-household relationships (also referred to as emergency contacts or school pick-up contacts), click More, then Demographics from the left side menu (if you do not see this menu, click the three horizontal lines button in the green banner). Additional directions are provided at the top of the screen.
• To review family information, click More, then Family Information from the left side menu (if you do not see this menu, click the three horizontal lines button in the green banner). Additional directions are provided at the top of the screen.

From Campus Parent, parents and guardians can review and update notification settings. These settings are applied to in-app notifications and mobile push notifications. Mobile users must mark "Stay logged in" when logging in to receive mobile push notifications. Please note that Brunswick County Schools or Infinite Campus cannot guarantee compatibility with or provide technical support for mobile device operating systems. 

• To review or update notification preferences, navigate to the profile icon in the upper right corner. From the profile menu, select Settings, then Notification Settings. Select notifications to receive, then click Save.

If you know your Campus Portal Username, but cannot remember your password or need your password reset, call 910-782-5058. For security reasons, you must provide your full name and portal username. If you cannot remember your portal username, contact your child's school.

Devices will be available at your child's school for you to use. Please contact your student's school to schedule an appointment. Devices will also be available at Open House events for families. 

The Campus Parent account can be accessed by a web browser if you do not have mobile device. 

Complete Your Annual Enrollment

Once your parent portal account is created, please take a few moments to complete the required annual updates for your student(s). The annual update will be open during the Fall of 2025 for Brunswick County Schools! This link has step by step instructions for completing the annual review.

If you have multiple students, Infinite Campus conveniently stores each student's profile under one parent account.

The completion of the Chromebook Form is necessary before your student will have access to a Chromebook.
