SchoolCash Online: A Convenient Way to Manage School Payments

Brunswick County Schools is using SchoolCash Online to provide families with a convenient way to pay for school-related items and fees online.

Through SchoolCash Online, parents and guardians can make payments, view payment history and receipts, and manage payments for multiple children from one account.

What Families Need to Know

Parents and guardians listed as the Primary Guardian in Infinite Campus who do not already have a SchoolCash Online account using that email address may receive an automated invitation from SchoolCash Online to create an account.

Families do not have to wait for an invitation. An account can be created at any time by visiting bcswan.schoolcashonline.com.

If you already have a SchoolCash Online account but have not connected your student, you may receive an automated email for each child who is not yet linked to your account. The email will ask you to confirm that you would like SchoolCash Online to automatically connect the student.

Once the Primary Guardian has logged into SchoolCash Online and the student has been connected, access can also be shared with other guardians.

BCS families are encouraged to create or review their SchoolCash Online account now so they are ready when school payments are needed throughout the year.
