Superintendent's Winter Card Contest Winners

lBehold....the 2018-2019 Superintendent's Winter Card Contest winners!

Submissions came from all over the Brunswick County Schools district for this year's contest and it was tough narrowing it down to four winners.  "The decision at each level was quite difficult with so many creative entries received," Director of Fine Arts Connie Enis said.   A county review committee met to select this year's student winners.

  • K-2 grade winner: Ben Phelps--Grade 1--JMMES (Art teacher, Theresa Reiter)
  • 3-5 grade winner: Kylee Blum--Grade 5--JMMES (Art teacher, Theresa Reiter)
  • 6-8 grade winner: Ana Garcia Cardenas--Grade 8--LMS (Art teacher, Megan Whichello)
  • 9-12 grade winner Faith Coleman--Grade 10--WBHS (Art teacher, Shelia Vaught)
