  • Curious about the process of submitting a concern at one of our schools?  There's a protocol so that your concern/complaint is handled in a timely manner and well documented.  The concern/complaint should be received and addressed at the level closest to which the complaint originated.  For example, a complaint regarding a classroom issue should be heard first by the teacher.  A complaint regarding the school must be addressed first by the principal.   If you would like more information on the General Process on responding to concerns/complaints, please click here.   You can click here for the forms to file a report.
