Here is the Friday Five for the week of February 24th-28th:
- BOARD MEETING DATE CHANGE: The Board of Education meeting originally scheduled for March 3rd, has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 5th. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the County Commissioners’ Chambers of the David R. Sandifer County Administration Building, 30 Government Center Drive, Bolivia, North Carolina. You can view the livestream by clicking HERE.
- CAFETERIA COMPETITION: There are all kinds of fun activities planned at all schools as we celebrate National School Breakfast Week. The Child Nutrition Department will kick off the week with Breakfast for Lunch options! Click HERE for a rundown of the cafeteria competitions planned.
- KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION: Registration begins March 2, 2020. The NEW online ScribEnroll system will be available for you to enroll your kindergarten children for the 2020-2021 school year. More details can be found by clicking HERE.
- I FIRED BEN DOING: Two South Brunswick High School Educators are using video to teach students at their own pace and it has created an equation for inclusion. See their #IFiredBenDoing spotlight by clicking HERE.
